2003 Subaru Impreza
Since I'm a socially inept loser, here's something more detailed than my life.
Bought on October 27, 2007.
The WRX's "Service" Log:
- 10/28/07 - 097500: Intercooler and BPV hoses replaced, clutch bled
- 10/29/07 - 097600: Oil change, brake flush
- 11/03/07 - 098000: Prosport Boost Gauge installed. The gauge is bright! During the day it's fine, but come night time, it borders on unbearable.
- 12/19/07 - 103000: Spark plugs replaced
- 01/05/08 - 103500: Hawk HPS brake pads installed. Kartboy rear differential crossmember bushings installed.
- 01/06/08 - 103500: STi Group N transmission mount, Kartboy transmission crossmember bushings installed. No more driveline lash! I'll probably be glazing the clutch any day now.
- 01/08/08 - 103500: TurboXS catted turboback exhaust, STi axleback installed
- 01/17/08 - 104000: Group N engine mounts installed.
- 05/18/08 - 112000: Prosport Oil Pressure gauge hooked up.
- 06/10/08 - 115000: Drive belts replaced.
- 08/23/08 - 120000: Fuel filter replaced.
- 09/04/08 - 120000: Brake rotors replaced.
- 09/20/08 - 120000: eBay DME Uppipe installed, EGT probe deleted
- 09/21/08 - 120000: Clutch bled
- 09/25/08 - 121000: Momo Veloce Steering wheel + hub adapter installed.
- 09/29/08 - 121000: 2004 STi struts and springs installed
- 10/02/08 - 121000: Lots of rubber replaced: Differential mount bushings, exhaust hangers replaced.
Front A/F sensor replaced. - 10/04/08 - 122000: Tuned map flashed, motor explosion imminent.
- 10/09/08 - 122000: Kartboy short throw shift lever installed.
A few washers and spacers were used to make the knob sit higher. - 01/28/09 - 130000: AC idler pulley and bearing replaced.
- 02/18/09 - 132000: Cracked radiator replaced with cheap eBay CXRacing radiator.
- 03/06/09 - 132500: Busted foglamps replaced with Hella 500FF foglamps.
- 03/12/09 - 132500: Head unit from 2007 STi installed. No more effin' tape deck.
- 03/12/09 - 132500: Blitz Nür-Spec axle-back section installed.
- 03/22/09 - 134000: Spark plugs replaced
- 05/15/09 - 138000: Power steering fluid replaced
- 05/16/09 - 138000: Tein SS-p coilovers installed
- 05/26/09 - 140000: Gear oil, brake fluid replaced
- 06/28/09 - 143000: Timing belt, water pump replaced
- 08/04/09 - 145000: 2005 STi steering rack + crossmember installed
Crossmember swap wasn't entirely necessarily, rack could've bolted right up to the old crossmember.
Oh well. - 09/27/09 - 150000: JNA front lip installed
- 10/03/09 - 150000: Windshield wiper assembly replaced
- 10/18/09 - 151000: ACT Streetlite flywheel, Exedy OE clutch kit installed
- 12/06/09 - 157000: Single-diaphragm brake booster + new master cylinder installed
- 12/12/09 - 157000: 2006 WRX instrument cluster installed
- 03/06/10 - ??????: Spark plugs replaced.
- 03/26/10 - ??????: Mounted a set of Kumho Ecsta XS tires in 225/45R17
- 05/13/10 - ??????: 2002 front calipers, Ferodo DS2500 pads installed
- 07/13/10 - ??????: Dented fender replaced
